Elecctrical Project Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Electrical Project Engineer to manage and deliver electrical engineering projects from concept through to commissioning. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

ð?? ï¸ Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical engineering projects
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Design and review electrical systems, drawings, and specifications
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (IEC, SANS, etc.)
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Monitor project progress and prepare technical and financial reports
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements

ð??? Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• 38 years experience in electrical project engineering
• Experience in industrial, mining, construction, or energy sectors
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of power systems, control systems, and electrical installations
