DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with installation, testing, and maintenance of highâ??voltage transmission and distribution systems
- Support work on substations, transformers, switchgear, and grid connections
- Assist with fault investigations, load monitoring, and system assessments
- Support engineers with network studies and site inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology
- 03 years relevant electrical technician experience
- Exposure to substations, power systems, or highâ??voltage environments
- Willingness to work on-site and in operational grid environments
- Strong technical and problemâ??solving skills
- Graduates from UP, NWU, Wits, UJ, or TUT will be advantageous
- Suitable for earlyâ??career technicians seeking exposure to the national grid and power systems space
