PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : Ensuring that the Quality Management process is implemented and that various teams are abiding by the Quality Process and Food Safety standards.KEY TASKS:Custodian of Q&FSMS system Verification checks of all control measures checklist completed by various departmentsComplete daily , weekly and monthly audits to monitor compliance across the businessIssuing chemicals (stock control) stock count and completing chemical issuing RecordInvestigating customer complaints and providing feedbackSupports warehouse on improving cleaning effectivenessProblem SolvingVerification of all measuring equipment (Scales , thermometer)Check daily chiller and freezers temperature checksCleaning checklist verificationComplete monthly internal pest checksSet up samples for national tasting monthlyDaily Package quality check and capture on data baseCheck daily temperatures are recorded for finished goods and finish product receivedPersonal Hygiene checklistWaste managementManages the pest control process, by:Investigating Pest Control Reports and verifying concerns.Liaising with the Pest Control Service Providers to address Pest Control Issues.Dealing with Service Providers on site and assisting with on site visit.Ensuring that recommendations from the service provider are actioned.Ensuring close out documentation is completed and filed on record for audit as well as providing feedback to the QA Manager.Monitoring and updating service records for Providers i.e new technician registration certificates and monthly service reports.Raising a non-conformance on the database to address negative findings raised in monthly reports and circulating to affected parties for action.
