Our client is searching for a Nightshift Foreman to join their team (Centurion / Samrand)Manufacturing CompanyLocation: CenturionShift: Mon–Thu 18:00–06:00 + some Fridays (as required)Role purposeLead and manage the nightshift production team to meet output, quality, and safety targets, with a strong hands-on focus and basic technical support during breakdowns.Key dutiesSupervise nightshift staff and daily production activitiesEnsure safe work practices, housekeeping, and quality checksManage start-up/shutdown, shift handovers, and reportingTroubleshoot stoppages and coordinate maintenance supportMinimum requirementsPrevious experience as a Foreman/Shift Supervisor in a production environmentTrade and/or technical maintenance experience (hands-on)Afrikaans & English (speak/read/write)Willing and able to work permanent nightshift hoursAdvantageousForklift driving ability/licence (beneficial)
