Areas of ResponsibilityReview and sign off on consignment & boot inventory reconciliationsFollow up and resolve consignment / short-term / kit / boot inventory discrepanciesLiaise with consignment controllers nationally to ensure counts and reconciliations are performed timeouslyEnsure slow moving inventory is rotatedEnsure expired inventory is uplifted from consignment binsLiaise with Sales Consultant(s) to obtain orders for missing inventoryUpdate and maintain missing inventory recordsUpdate and maintain consignment count recordsAssisting with demo, sample, and expired stock to comply with Regulatory requirementsMonthly progress reports to management on missing inventoryAd-Hoc duties as and when requiredQualificationsGrade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirementQualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain or Finance will be a definite advantageMinimum of 3 -5 years stock control experience is requiredMedical equipment / medical device industry experience is essentialExperience requiredExperience in Consignment Stock Management would be an advantageExperience in Inventory Management, Control and Procedures in the Medical Device Industry is essentialExperience in ERP would be an advantageAnalytical skills and management experienceSkilled in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel is a requirementSQL & Microsoft ODBC would be an advantageAnalytical thinker
