As Master Data Manager, you will provide vision and expertise on the enterprise information model and data architecture, ensuring alignment across systems, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. You will oversee the full master data lifecycle, from standards and governance to execution and continuous improvement, enabling accurate, reliable data to support operational and strategic goals.

You will lead a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing master data across multiple systems, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with business requirements. This role requires strong collaboration across finance, operations, IT, and commercial teams, as well as the ability to influence data practices at all levels of the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the enterprise master data model across all systems
• Drive SLA compliance and resolve service level challenges with stakeholders
• Lead data governance, standards development, and compliance enforcement
• Oversee data integrity, accuracy, and synchronization across ERP and sub-systems
• Manage data creation, validation, and change processes through structured workflows
• Lead data cleansing, duplication control, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate system interfaces, data uploads, and integration activities
• Deliver monthly reporting on data quality KPIs and performance metrics
• Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance systems and data tools
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of master data professionals
