Master Data Administrator

This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Master Data and GRC teams, ensuring that all master data records are accurate, complete, and aligned with business standards. You will act as a central coordination point between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting data requests, validating inputs, and maintaining consistency across systems and modules.

Working closely with the Master Data Manager and consultants, you will contribute to data quality initiatives, system enhancements, and ongoing process improvements. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively will be essential to success.

What You’ll Do

• Consolidate and validate master data requests for materials, including engineering spares, consumables, and other categories
• Perform data cleansing, duplication checks, and validation prior to system uploads
• Maintain and update master data attributes in line with approved standards
• Support GRC processes, including audit trail extracts and exception reporting
• Act as a communication link between business users and master data teams
• Assist with system implementations and enhancements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper authorisation and filing of all data changes
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and maintenance processes
