Qualifications MatricRequirements / Duties Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).Experience operating machinery or working on a production line (advantage).Production OperationsOperate production machinery or equipment safely (training provided).Assemble, process, or pack products according to work instructions.Follow production schedules and meet output targets.Monitor machine performance and report faults or irregularities.Quality ControlInspect materials and finished goods for defects or inconsistencies.Follow quality standards and report any issues to supervisors.Complete basic documentation or check sheets if required.Housekeeping & MaintenanceMaintain clean, tidy, and organized work areas.Follow 5S or basic housekeeping standards.Assist with routine machine cleaning or simple maintenance tasks (as trained).Teamwork & CommunicationWork collaboratively with colleagues on the production line.Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding workflow or quality issues.Support other areas of production when needed
