ISP Support Desk Technician

As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for, but not limited t,o the following:

• Resolving 1st and 2nd line issues and queries.
• Answering and actioning customer requests.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Troubleshooting equipment and services.
• Escalating faults to upstream providers and driving them to completion.
• Mikrotik router troubleshooting and operation.
• Customer connection troubleshooting
• PBX troubleshooting
• VoiP Troubleshooting and Configuration
• Works well in a team while also acting independently under pressure.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years in a Service Desk role
• The successful candidate will have the following certifications:
• CompTIA A+ and N+ (essential)
• Mikrotik MTCNA (highly beneficial dependent on years of experience must have worked on Mikrotik)
• FortiGate NSE (Beneficial)

Own vehicle and valid driver's licence
