Junior Graphic Designer

Duties:

Assist in the creation of digital and print design materials (social media graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, etc.)
Support senior designers and marketing teams with design projects
Prepare and edit images, layouts, and illustrations
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
Revise designs based on feedback
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of experience in graphic design (internship experience acceptable)
Proficiency in design software such as:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign

Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
Experience with Canva or other online design tools
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
