REQUIREMENTS
Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Minimum 10 years experience in maintenance in property Essential
Computer Literacy - all maintenance to be managed via email and the company digital 8x8 system
Electrical and drainage experience Essential
Must be strong in administration and handling of contracts
Essential to be highly organised to oversee all details for each building
Strong customer liaison skills
Ability to work with budgets
Ability to investigate previous history and work completed etc
Working 2 days remotely and 3 days in the Stellenbosch office.
DUTIES
Reporting into the Contracts Manager in the UK
Checking the status of all the buildings currently being managed by the company
Checking budgets for work that needs to be done on the building
Investigating when last work was done on the electrical and drainage
Ensure the history of various buildings have been investigated and the correct information obtained
Checking of the electrical emergency lighting
Checking of fire alarms and certifications
Ensure all safety certificates are up to date
Manage all of the contract for the various blocks
Ensure all background information is in place
Obtaining quotations for due diligence that needs to be set up
Manage the lift maintenance
Enquire with the blocks what other business can be quoted on
Ensure smooth running of all maintenance is on board
General administration duties within the department
Salary: R25 R30k dependent on experience

Our client is seeking to employ a Business Risk Coordinator to join their team.
To ensure that commercial client contracts are managed proactively and effectively by working closely with necessary stakeholders. To proactively identify and manage areas or optimization, and drive contract focus items. To raise and manage expectations and risks in a structured, transparent way. To support with the assurance and roll out of business processes. To support with centralized document management and upkeep. Responsibilities
Commercial Contracting:
