Location: Cape Town, Winelands area

Minimum qualifications and experience

Relevant accounting qualification with at least three years’ accounting experience.

Main responsibilities
Daily Account Payables Reconciliations (trade and non-trade)
Month end creditor reconciliations
Resolve queries on creditor accounts
Allocation of payments against applicable creditor transactions
Distribution of supplier remittances after payments
Account allocations
Loading payments on payment gateway
Ad-hoc requests as and when required
Essential skills
Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
