Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly claims to client
- Undertake cost analysis for construction projects
- Rate build up understanding and cost sourcing both locally and cross border
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control
- Advise on procurement strategy
- Adjudicate subcontractor claims
- Minimum 3 years experience as a contractors QS
