As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the defense industry. You will work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to implement quality assurance measures, perform root cause analysis on defects, and drive continuous improvement in production processes. Responsibilities and duties will include: Primary inspection on in-house CNC production floorIntermitting (in process) inspection of CNC components inhouse too CMM final evaluationMaterial receiving and verification of material with GRN and material certificatesInspection of surface treatment components in-house as per drawings suppliedPrimary inspection of outsourced componentsInspection of surface treatment components outsourced as per drawings supplied Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in measurement tools (callipers, micrometres, CMMs) and quality inspection techniquesComputer literacy is requiredAttention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure Education / ExperienceMatricRelevant certificate/diploma would be beneficial.CNC knowledgeKnowledge of ISO 9001:20152+ years experience within a quality control environment
