Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise existing manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Conduct root cause analysis on production and quality issues
• Monitor production performance and generate performance reports
• Drive waste reduction, energy efficiency, and cost-saving projects
• Support new product introduction and process validation
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability
• Train and support production staff on process improvements

ð??¹ Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Process Engineering
• 3 7 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of process optimisation and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and production data analysis tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
• Experience in high-volume production environments
• Exposure to automation and PLC-controlled systems
