Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Masters degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
  • HPCSA registration as an Industrial Psychologist
  • Approximately 6+ years experience in talent, organisational psychology, or people development roles
  • Proven ability to interpret psychometric data and behavioural indicators
  • Experience advising leaders on talent decisions & capability planning
