FEA Analysis Engineer

We are seeking a skilled FEA Analysis Engineer to support the design and development of engineered products and structures through advanced finite element analysis. The role involves close collaboration with design, project, and manufacturing teams to ensure safe, efficient, and optimized designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) including static, dynamic, fatigue, and thermal analysis
• Develop and validate FEA models to support design decisions
• Interpret and present analysis results with clear engineering recommendations
• Work closely with design engineers to optimize structures and components
• Verify designs against applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements
• Support failure investigations and design improvements
• Prepare technical reports and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience in FEA / structural analysis
• Proficiency in FEA software (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, SolidWorks Simulation, or similar)
• Strong understanding of stress analysis, material behavior, and structural mechanics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple analysis tasks
