Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate internal and external training
Conduct inductions and skills development interventions
Maintain training matrices, attendance registers, and learner records
Support BBBEE skills development and audit requirements
Assist line managers with training needs analysis
Administer assessments and maintain assessment records
Compile monthly training and development reports
Ensure compliance with HR and Skills Development legislation
Requirements:
Grade 12 and National Diploma in HR / ETD or related field
Registered SDF (Assessor / Moderator / Coach & Mentor)
2 to 3 years experience in a similar L&D role
Strong admin, coordination, and facilitation skills
Manufacturing / plant environment experience advantageous
