Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate internal and external training

  • Conduct inductions and skills development interventions

  • Maintain training matrices, attendance registers, and learner records

  • Support BBBEE skills development and audit requirements

  • Assist line managers with training needs analysis

  • Administer assessments and maintain assessment records

  • Compile monthly training and development reports

  • Ensure compliance with HR and Skills Development legislation

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and National Diploma in HR / ETD or related field

  • Registered SDF (Assessor / Moderator / Coach & Mentor)

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar L&D role

  • Strong admin, coordination, and facilitation skills

  • Manufacturing / plant environment experience advantageous

  • AUTOMOTIVE
