Qualification:
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (L/C)(S4)
- Preferably in the Process Instrumentation and Control Systems field.
- Electronic/Instrumentation technician Trade test is beneficial.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a relevant field involving Industrial Automation.
- Fundamentals in Electronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Hydraulic circuits/Pneumatic circuits/Process instrumentation
- PLC/DCS Programming
- AC/DC Drive setup
- SCADA Applications Development
- HMI Applications Development
- Industrial Communications Networks - Profibus/Ethernet/Fiber Optic/Profi-net/Device-net/Control-net/ASi
- Competency on Allan Bradley, Siemens, Wonderware and Citect Industrial Automation products.
- Industrial Automation Systems Integration.
- Design, Analysis and Interpretation of Electrical drawings/Instrumentation drawings/Pneumatic and Hydraulic circuit diagrams.
- Interpret P&ID diagrams.
