Shift Superintendent

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• A Production or Supervisory-related qualification
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Computer literacy MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
• Good communication skills in English, written and verbal
• Experience in SAP advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and managing shift operations to ensure efficient production, quality and logistics processes
• Maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of products, and optimizing cost-effectiveness while upholding safety and compliance standards
• Operations and production management
• Staff supervision and development
• Housekeeping and compliance
• Equipment and material management
• Administrative and reporting duties
