Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to the sales team, drawing on an electrical engineering backgroundAssist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentationRespond to customer enquiries with accurate technical and product informationLiaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure correct solutions are offeredSupport product selection, specifications, and pricingMaintain accurate records within CRM and sales systemsAssist with order processing and follow-up communicationsKey Requirements:Background specialising in Electrical Engineering (qualification or equivalent experience)Strong technical understanding of electrical products and systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customersStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsPrevious experience in a sales support or technical sales role is an advantageHow to apply
