Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
- Provide technical support to the sales team, drawing on an electrical engineering background
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
- Respond to customer enquiries with accurate technical and product information
- Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure correct solutions are offered
- Support product selection, specifications, and pricing
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and sales systems
- Assist with order processing and follow-up communications
Key Requirements:
- Background specialising in Electrical Engineering (qualification or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical understanding of electrical products and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Previous experience in a sales support or technical sales role is an advantage
