Minimum RequirementsGrade 10 / Matric (preferred).Minimum 12 years experience operating a bandsaw machine in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, hygiene practices).Good understanding of health and safety procedures.Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if required.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good hand-eye coordination.Team player with good communication skills.Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate the bandsaw machine according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Accurately cut meat or raw materials to required specifications and tolerances.Ensure maximum yield and minimal wastage during cutting operations.Perform pre-operational checks and report any mechanical faults immediately.Maintain the cleanliness of the workstation in line with food safety and hygiene standards.Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including correct use of PPE.Meet daily production targets and quality standards.Assist with cleaning, sanitising, and shutdown procedures of equipment.Complete basic production records and quality checks as required.Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.How to Apply:
