- Managing projects from planning through to successful execution
- Forecasting and controlling project budgets
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, legislation, and internal policies
- Sourcing, managing, and negotiating with suppliers
- Providing practical, solution-driven support to operational teams
- Planning and implementing strategic objectives with agility and accountability
Qualifications & Experience:
- Project Management qualification (PMBOK/PMB) or an Electrical qualification
- 23 years experience in project administration and/or project management
- Exposure to Real Estate, Facilities, or Construction environments
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Personal Attributes:
- Clear, confident communicator who values direct and professional engagement
- Structured, analytical thinker with strong planning ability
- Assertive, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Highly organised, disciplined, and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working in an environment that values accountability and teamwork
Language Requirement:
