Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team, drive branch sales performance, and grow our customer base. If you have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets while delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives

• Drive sales performance and achieve branch sales targets

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts

• Identify and secure new business opportunities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Conduct sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis

• Ensure excellent customer service and client retention

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales management role (2-5years)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Experience within the stationery or retail industry will be advantageous

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel is essential (must have own reliable car)

• Computer literacy and strong administrative skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential.

• Degree will be advantageous
