REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years in B2B sales management with proven team-building track record
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams (from 0 or small teams to 8+ people)
  • P&L responsibility and revenue accountability in a previous role
  • CRM implementation and sales process design experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong coaching and people development skills
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town

  • Offer solutions with growing the company to its full potential
