An exciting opportunity exists for a Strategic Account Manager to join a high-performing sales team focused on managing and growing key customer accounts across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic and high-potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive incremental sales growth.
  • Develop and implement customer relationship and account management plans.
  • Engage with decision-makers and influencers to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate purchasing agreements and commercial terms.
  • Lead customer meetings, sales presentations, and strategic discussions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve queries or complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support best-practice account management.
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Completed Degree/ Diploma in Business/ Management
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Travel to AME regions at occasion (quarterly). Valid passport.
  • Managed client relationships while facilitating equipment finance applications and coordinating with banking partners to ensure a seamless approval process.
  • Industry: Banking/ Equipment/ Sales/ Manufacturing/ Heavy Equipment/ Construction
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and complex buying processes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
