Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with capturing and maintaining accurate financial and medical billing records
- Support invoicing, claims processing, and payment follow-ups
- Help reconcile accounts, including patient and supplier accounts
- Organize, file, and maintain confidential financial and medical documents
- Assist with basic financial reports and data entry
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and healthcare regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and medical administration teams
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in the medical or healthcare industry
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and email systems)
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team
