About the Opportunity:
Our client, who is a respected and fast-growing player in the automotive and wholesale sector, is searching for a hands-on, strategic, and energetic Financial Manager to join their team. What You will Be Driving:

• Manage the full finance function: Debtors, creditors, reconciliations & reporting
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure strong compliance, internal controls, and risk management
• Mentor, develop, and uplift the finance team
• Partner with management to identify efficiencies and unlock continuous improvement
• Provide sharp, data-driven insights to support business growth

What You Bring to the Table:

• BCom Accounting
• Minimum 10 years in a financial management role
• Experience in the automotive or wholesale sector (advantageous)
• Strong command of financial systems and reporting principles
• A confident, mature, proactive personality
• Proven leadership experience and a passion for team development
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
