The candidate must be proficient in the following areas:
drafting financial statements
data capturing
VAT
PAYE
provisional tax
payroll (EMP 501 recons)
CIPC registrations, amendments etc
workmen's compensation (COIDA/RMA)
Ufiling submissions
debtors collections
There is also an opportunity for a candidate who has no experience to learn the everyday tasks of a junior accountant however the candidate must be willing and able to learn.
