Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full finance function, including GL, reconciliations, trial balance, and preparation up to financial statements
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and project-related reporting
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Support management with financial insights to guide operational and project decisions
• Utilise BuildSmart for financial processing and reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom degree essential
• 35 years experience in a full-function finance role
• Construction industry experience is required
• Proficiency in BuildSmart is non-negotiable
• Strong technical accounting skills across GL, recons, TB, and financial statements
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
