Senior Data/Business Analyst

What Youll Be Doing

Deep-Dive Data Analysis:
Work with complex, multi-source datasets to surface insights that influence business and risk decisions. You'll translate noise into signalsand signals into action.

Exploratory & Predictive Analytics:
Use advanced analytics and predictive modeling (Python, R, SQL, or your weapon of choice) to forecast trends, behaviours, and potential outcomes.

Risk & Scenario Modeling:
Model and assess various risk scenariosproducts, markets, operationsand support tactical decision-making with real evidence.

Visualisation & Reporting:
Design clear, interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) that actually get used, not ignored.

Strategic Business Insights:
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to influence decisions, shape strategy, and align data with business goals.

Define KPIs That Matter:
Lead the development, tracking, and interpretation of performance metrics. Youll help the business understand what good looks like.

Compliance & Governance:
Ensure data use aligns with internal policy and regulatory requirements. Help build a strong data culture that plays by the rules.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving mindsetyou dont just crunch numbers, you solve problems
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both tech and non-tech stakeholders
