Junior Data Analyst

My client is looking for a Junior Data Analyst who wants to build strong data foundations while working on projects with realâ??world impact at scale.

In this role, youll work directly with operational, sales, credit, and product teams to turn raw data into insights that drive decisions. You wont just pull reports, youll explore data, spot patterns, and help the business move from gutâ??feel to evidenceâ??based decisionâ??making.

Youll be trusted early. From building dashboards used by leadership to improving data quality across systems, this is a role where curiosity, ownership, and problemâ??solving matter more than ticking boxes. Its ideal for someone who enjoys learning fast, asking good questions, and seeing the tangible effect of their work.

Skills & Experience:
03 years experience in data analysis or a related analytical role
Strong SQL skills and confidence working with databases or data warehouses
Experience with at least one data visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Solid Excel / spreadsheet skills
Exposure to Python or R is beneficial but not essential
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to explain insights clearly to nonâ??technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity and rapid learning

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
