Food Lovers Market in Pinehurst Centre is looking to hire a Baker. The baker will be responsible for baking a variety of products on a daily basis. This includes reading and following the recipe, using the bakery equipment to proof and bake the product and present it in the display for the customers.
Bakers need to uphold a tight work and production schedule and ensure that all products that are in the range are present at all times. Bakers may also be required to produce special orders for customers and do weekly stock take and ordering from suppliers.Responsibility:Being able to follow the recipes using all the correct quantities of ingredients as well as creating new recipe templates for all new products before the products are made.
Tell the bakery manager when an ingredient is close to out of stock and order from the correct supplier.
Being able to follow a production schedule with all products stocked by the bakery.
Having energy to produce products from an early hour.
