Description
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process legal documents related to foreclosure proceedings, Drafting Default Judgments, Notices of Sale in Execution, and Section 129's , 86's & 88 Notices for a Standard Bank.
  • Draft, issue, and send summonses for service, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of foreclosure cases, including updating the bank's systems and tracking deadlines.
  • Achieve a minimum of 80% in Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards.
  • Coordinate negotiations and settlements of payment arrangements with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.
  • Keep the bank's systems updated with relevant information and documentation related to foreclosure proceedings.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with LegalSuite (Advantageous).
  • Working knowledge of CACS (Advantageous) and SB Legal / MyAttorney (Advantageous).
