Our Real Estate client seeks a Compliance Officer with solid FICA/KYC compliance experience for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Must be able to manage high-volume property transactions. The successful candidate will ensure regulatory adherence while supporting deal flow in an off-plan development environment. Position can be based in either Cape Town or Fourways, Sandton.
