Client Engagement & Business DevelopmentEstablish, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the Mining and Allied industries.Identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry networking.Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and positioning the clients solutions to maximize value and impact.2. Solution Selling & Consultative SalesConduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points, operational risks, and business objectives.Develop and present tailored solutions, demonstrating the impact of technologies on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and cost savings.Effectively communicate complex weather and environmental data insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Sales ExecutionStay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform and refine sales strategies.Identify market gaps and opportunities, contributing insights to product development and service enhancements.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market feedback using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional EngagementWork closely with technical, product, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.Provide feedback from the field to inform business development strategies, service improvements, and customer success initiatives.Partner with marketing teams to drive targeted campaigns, lead generation, and industry engagement.5. Travel & Industry RepresentationAttend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the client and build strategic connections.Conduct on-site visits to client locations for consultations, solution demonstrations, and relationship management.Qualifications & Experience Required:Minimum of 5 years experience in solution sales, preferably within the Mining and Allied industries.Proven ability to develop, manage, and close complex sales cycles using a consultative approach.Strong knowledge of solution-based sales methodologies and experience in selling technology-driven products or services.Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives, operational ma
