Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets for new and pre-owned aircraft.Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with buyers, brokers, aircraft owners, and operators.Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing.Negotiate terms and close sales transactions, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and internal policies.Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies and sales tactics.Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings domestically and internationally as required.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.Manage and mentor a team of junior sales staff (if applicable).Requirements:Bachelorâ??s degree in business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum of 5 yearsâ?? experience in aircraft sales or high-value asset sales.Strong understanding of aircraft types, values, and the aviation sales process (including documentation, escrow, and registration).Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Preferred Attributes:Existing network within the aviation industry (operators, brokers, OEMs, etc.).Multilingual skills are a plus.FAA or EASA aviation certifications (pilot license, maintenance background, etc.) are an advantage.
