Technical Sales Representative, Lynnwood, Pretoria – Willing
to travel. Salary CTC R40000-R45000 p/m.
Stable company who started their operations in 1966. The
incumbent will be based at the head office, located in Lynnwood, Pretoria East
and will visit clients in Gauteng area.
Purpose is to promote, sell and distribute the company’s
products and services to customers and contribute to the
competiveness of the company by implementing and monitoring
tender and sales policies. The incumbent will be responsible for
acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base. Establishing and
maintaining positive relationships with customers is vital. To understand the
needs and preferences of clients, provide solutions, and build trust to foster
long-term relationships. By meeting certain targets is a key
performance indicator, and the success is measured by the ability to meet the
set goals. The successful candidate needs to have extensive knowledge of sales
strategies and customer relationships.
Qualification and Experience:
Relevant qualification. B.Tech. Engineering Degree or BSc
Eng. Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Structural) will be an advantage.
5 years’ experience in technical sales.
Familiar with all Microsoft and Google programs for quoting,
reporting and compiling tenders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Quotations/Tenders, negotiations and closing. Achieving sales targets. Market
and competitor analysis. Customer service and post-sales support.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer
needs, and product updates.
Effective negotiation skills
