Role Overview
As a Junior Business
Development Manager, you will support Icon’s revenue growth by identifying
opportunities, developing leads, and assisting with the end-to-end sales
process. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is
passionate about IT and cybersecurity, confident with clients, and eager to
learn in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate
and qualify leads across SME, mid-market, and enterprise sectorsAssist
with the full sales cycle: prospecting → proposals → demos → closingPrepare
quotations, proposals, and capability presentationsSupport
the delivery of tenders, RFQs, and compliance documentsMaintain
CRM systems and track sales pipeline progress
Client Engagement
Conduct
introductory meetings and requirements gathering sessionsBuild,
maintain, and follow up on strong client relationshipsAssist
with onboarding new clients and coordinating with internal teams
Market Insights & Strategy

Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma
or Degree in Business, ICT, Marketing, or related disciplineCybersecurity
or IT certifications (advantageous but not essential)
Skills & Competencies
Strong
communication and presentation skillsGenuine
interest in IT and cybersecurity solutionsHighly
organised with strong follow-up abilityConfident,
proactive, and able to work independentlyCRM
experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is beneficialValid
