Café Assistant – Role Overview
The responsibilities associated with this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Managing and Over-seeing of 5 Staff - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Cashier and Taking Orders - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Planning menus in consultation with

chefs and cooks - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Planning and organizing Boardroom

Catering / Special Events - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Maintaining records of stock levels - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Ensuring that dining, kitchen and

food storage facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Conferring with customers to assess

their satisfaction with meals and service - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Staff, setting staff work schedules,

and training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Taking reservations, greeting guests

and assisting in taking orders - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

· Ensuring compliance with occupational

health and safety regulations - This is Essential - Not Negotiable

Please note that the Business primarily operates Monday To Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 with occasional weekends and public holiday.

3-5 years experience in a managerial role is essential - Not Negotiable
