We are currently looking for a Experienced Blockman in the phoenix Area..
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have experience as a Blockman with references
Must reside in the Phoenix and surrounding Area
Must have traceable references
Ensure the butchery team exercise hygiene control and maintain excellent housekeeping
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter
Wrap , weigh , label and price cuts of meat
