PURPOSE OF THE JOBResponsible for maximizing revenue and cultivating strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers (endemic and non-endemic advertisers) and internal stakeholders to grow the Retail Media Network.This role is the primary commercial interface, tasked with selling the value proposition of the Retail Media ecosystem, ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns, and reporting on performance to deliver exceptional return on investment (ROI).The incumbent will be critical in building a scalable and profitable retail media network for the organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGrowing and retaining Key Supplier relationshipsDevelop and implement a solid relationship management process to retain and grow business within key accountsDevelop business proposals to onboard new partnersRetail Media commercial and sales growth - Meet and exceed sales targets for key suppliersCo-create and execute a comprehensive sales strategyEnsure that financial budgets are met for the Financial yearOversee Campaign execution and performance.Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycleStakeholder managementFoster Internal collaboration and value delivery.Bridge between PEPs internal teams and advertiser.Ongoing project management and administration within portfolioEnsure all administrative work are completed on accounts ROLE REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree or advanced diploma in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Media Sales, or AdTech salesDesirable/Advantage: Digital Marketing or Sales Certification, Retail Media accreditation (either Amazon, Tesco, Walmart etc) OR 5-8 years experience as a KAM in the retail media, e-commerce or trade marketing space.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding significant revenue targets.Experience negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.Desirable/Advantage: Previous experience working with Cellular/FMCG supplier accounts.
