In order to be considered the following is required:Relevant Degree in Investment or EconomicsCompleted Certified Financial Planner preferredHave 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Wealth Manager with sales and advisory experience with high income clientsFAIS experienceResponsibilities:Formulate proposals in cash management, risk needs, investment planning, estate planning, or other areas to help clients achieve their financial goalsAchieve previously determined sales targets across the business by identifying opportunities to advise on the bank approved investment and risk productsInvestigate available investment opportunities to determine compatibility with client financial plansReview clients financial plans regularly to determine whether life changes, economic changes, environmental concerns, or financial performance indicate a need for plan reassessmentProvide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targetsEnsure that the quality of advice remains high and consistent and in line with the bank’s investment philosophy and product approved matrixContribute to sustaining a competitive edge through external networking and benchmarking and representation on related forumsAchieve gross production target as indicated in scorecardInform and educate customers on products and services to ensure retention of existing customers; increase sales revenue and increase the organisations customer baseAdvise on and provide support to ensure the effective resolution of customer queries in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionAnalyse financial information obtained from clients to develop a financial plan or proposal using the correct toolsAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunitiesTake all necessary actions to ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountabilityMaintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and the bank’s internal compliance procedures and requirementsEnsure compliance is adopted in terms of systems and procedures as laid out by the bankImplement and provide input into the development of governance and compliance procedures and processes within area of specialisation and identify risksEnsure optimal usage and protection of business assetsMaintain expert knowledge on all bank approved products, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targetsEngage in cross-functional activitiesCollaborate across boundaries and finds common ground with a widen
