Requirements:Valid driver's license is an added advantage;Ability to travel to different locations;Provable carpet cleaning work experience of at least 1 year;Willing to work night jobs if there is need;SkillsShould display professional attitude;Must be presentable;Highly developed communication skills (Written/Verbal/Non-verbal);Good time management skills to efficiently and effectively perform daily duties;Knowledge of different carpet and upholstery materials and their cleaning requirements;In-depth knowledge of carpet cleaning chemicals; Ability to operate industrial cleaning machines;Good communication skills;Friendly and efficient while providing a high-quality service;Physical fitness and ability to carry heavy loads and move heavy machinery.Responsibilities• Meeting with clients to discuss their cleaning needs;• Evaluate the condition of carpets and upholstery to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and identify any potential challenges;• Communicate with clients to explain the cleaning process, set expectations, and address any concerns;• Identify and apply appropriate cleaning solutions for different types of stains, spots and materials;• Conduct cleaning services for carpets, rugs, and upholstery using industry-standard equipment, hand-washing techniques and cleaning solutions;• Remove stains, dirt, and odours from carpets and upholstery surfaces;• Apply stain and pre-cleaning treatments to the carpets and floors;• Carefully removing furniture to access all areas that need to be cleaned;• Drying carpets using drying machines;• Inspect cleaned carpets and upholstery to ensure that quality standards are met;• Address any re-cleaning or touch-up requirements to satisfy client expectations;• Resetting the furniture;• Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment, such as steam cleaners, extractors, and vacuum cleaners;• Ensure that equipment is in proper working condition and report any malfunctions or issues;• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines during cleaning procedures;• Ensure the safe use and disposal of cleaning chemicals;• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns;• Offer recommendations for ongoing maintenance and care of carpets and upholstery;• Up-selling cleaning services and other company products;• Maintain accurate records, including job cards, invoices and client feedback;• Maintain good customer relations;• To carry out any other reasonable tasks and/or instructions as directed by management.

Obtain bank confirmations

Desired Experience & Qualification
For SAICA Trainees - Be in possession of a SAICA recognised B Com Degree and studying towards CTA LEVEL 1 OR 2
For SAIPA Trainees - Be in possesion of a SAIPA recognised B Com Degree
A working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) is an important requirement.
Good communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Willingness to work longer hours as and when required
