Position: Casual Retail Shop Assistant

Hours: 28 hours per week

Location 1(Somerset West Branch) : Unit 2, Cnr Dynagel & Nobel Roads The Interchange, Somerset West, Cape Town, 7130

Location 2(Brackenfell Branch) : Shop 36B, Pick n Pay Hyper Brackenfell C/O, Jeanette Street, Old Paarl Rd, Brackenfell, Cape Town, 7560

Job Description:

As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on lingerie choices.

2. Maintaining visual merchandising standards to showcase our products attractively.

3. Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.

4. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

5. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

1. Female.

2. Live in the area. (Somerset West, Strand, Firgrove, Macassar) or (Brackenfell, Kraaifontein, Kuils River)

3. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public holidays.

4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

5. Previous retail experience, preferably in lingerie, clothing, or a related field.

Nanny / Childcare Provider Wanted (Live-in, Monday–Saturday)

We are looking for a reliable and caring nanny to take care of our baby.

Job Requirements:

Must have previous experience in childcare (preferably with infants).

Patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoys working with children.

Able to live in from Monday to Saturday (accommodation provided).

Non-smoker, no alcohol or drug use.

Must be willing to undergo a medical check-up before employment (basic health screening to ensure suitability for childcare).

Clear criminal background check is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Daily care of the baby (feeding, bathing, playing, ensuring safety).

Light housekeeping related to the baby (washing bottles, keeping baby’s room tidy).

Strictly no cell phone use while caring for the baby almost 1 yrs old.
