QUALIFICATIONS
• BEng or BSc Engineering Degree • Project Management certificate will be advantageous
EXPERIENCE • Three (3) years in an Engineering and Design environment and/or a minimum of three (3) years of engineering project experience will be advantageous.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Possess superior organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects • Define project objectives and goals on receipt of a contract • Prepare, monitor and update project programmes on a regular basis • Meet with customers to discuss project progress • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers • Liaise, as required, with customers, suppliers and fellow employees • Monitor actual costs against budget costs and identify focus areas • Prepare compensation events in relation to impacts from the customer or others • Evaluate and report on contract performance monthly • Ensure that contract documents are accurate, well maintained and correctly stored • Generate customer reports and invoicing • Possess excellent English written and oral communication skills • Have strong computer skills and knowledge of programs such MS Word, MS Excel and MS Projects • Have strong attention to detail • Be prepared to travel locally and internationally
