The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of how voice networks function end-to-end — from ISP handoff through to handset — and be confident working on business-critical communication systems where downtime is not an option.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for the installation, configuration, support, and optimisation of customer and internal telecommunications environments.
