Role Overview: We are seeking a technically strong and hands-on Workshop Manager to oversee and optimise operations within our CNC machining workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, machine performance oversight, production quality control, workflow planning, and overall operational efficiency across 10 CNC machines.
