Key Responsibilities:Achieve production targets, ensuring adherence to the Production Plan, Master Production Schedule (MPS), and Planned Maintenance.Manage liquor and material variances during production while ensuring Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).Drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and efficient asset utilization.Ensure product quality and compliance with Internal Control Checks (ICC).Compile and adhere to Opex/Capex budgets.Manage projects, feasibility studies, and ensure the use of the Mini-Business Operating System.Oversee performance management and development of a competent and motivated team.Required Qualifications and Experience:Relevant BSc/B Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Packaging traineeship or diploma completed.58 years experience in production within supply chain packaging/bottling.Intermediate MS Excel proficiency and overall computer literacy.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to foresee and address potential issues.Excellent communication, motivational, and team-building abilities.Proven capability to drive change effectively and manage resistance within the organization.Perseverance in achieving departmental objectives and managing tasks/projects effectively.
